The smartphone comes with a display that is not much different from the Moto Z3 Play but of course with higher specifications. i.e 6.1 inches Full HD+ AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 835 SoC, 4GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage and powered by a 3000mAh battery. This smartphone also has a water-resistant feature. The Moto Z3 is equipped with a dual sensor main camera, with one RGB sensor 12 MP f / 2.0 with 1.25um pixels and 12 MP monochrome sensor, as well as dual LED flash. For the front camera, this smartphone is equipped with an 8 MP f / 2.0 sensor with a pixel size of 1.12um and a viewing angle of 84 degrees. But there is one thing that makes Moto Z3 attract the attention of the mobile gadget world. And this is the fact that its the first smartphone in the world that comes with a 5G cellular connection feature.
Thanks to its modular technology, the Moto Z3 can be paired with additional Mod devices that can support the 5G cellular network. MotoMod 5G is equipped with the latest Qualcomm modem chipset, the X50, and is equipped with a 2000mAh battery. A faster connection than 5G technology will certainly require more power, so these Mods are equipped with additional batteries. Although the 5G cellular data connection technology is currently not available, the technology offered by the Moto Z3 is certainly very futureproofed and can be adopted immediately when the 5G technology is ready for use. The Z3 Moto is priced at US $480 (approximately N175,000 in Nigeria), and will first be marketed in the US exclusively through Verizon starting August. MotoMods 5G accessories are available separately, but the price for this 5G mods is not yet mentioned. Meanwhile, there is no confirmation whether this product can be officially available in the Nigerian mobile market yet. Despite being remarkably innovative, sadly, the Moto Z3 will be the last modular smartphone product from Motorola. Motorola will stop presenting a modular smartphone series and seems to be preparing something new in the future.
